Depending on your request, we will assemble and deliver parts made by our company or parts provided by you.
In addition to assembly, we can also join parts by welding and riveting.
We mainly deal in automobile parts. Therefore, we have a wealth of experience in riveting and welding high alloys with excellent heat resistance, and can respond appropriately from setting conditions to preparing equipment and jigs. Furthermore, we also support high-mix low-volume production.
Riveting
Riveting is a method of joining two parts by plastically deforming a part of the joint of the parts.
We use electric servo riveting machines and pneumatic air riveting machines depending on the material and shape of the product.
If requested, we can also perform strength tests such as torsion tests on joined products. Therefore, we can confirm whether the required strength is maintained before delivery.
Welding
We mainly use two types of welding machines: TIG welding machines and plasma welding machines.
We set and manage appropriate welding conditions to prevent welding defects from occurring.
We have a large number of in-house inspectors who are qualified for non-destructive inspection, and can also perform penetrant inspection and fluorescent flaw detection tests on welds.
We are skilled at welding high alloys such as heat-resistant steel, as well as welding combinations of metals of different materials, and welding parts that are subject to power-driven loads such as couplings.
We have experience in semi-automated equipment using robot arms, and we will also consider welding large lot products.
Our partner company can also perform fiber laser welding and has a track record of mass production.
Assembly
Our company manufactures a wide range of compressor parts, from refrigerators to railway vehicles, and many of them are assembled based on diagrams.
When assembling the compressor, more than 10 different parts are assembled by hand. We also apply these high-level technologies to the assembly of other products. We are confident in our highly accurate manufacturing, including manufacturing the components necessary for assembly in-house.
