We ask our shareholders to provide their name, address, phone
number, etc. to ensure that shareholders can properly execute
their rights and so that we can proceed with our business designated
by the Company Law and related laws. When handling the personal
information of shareholders, we comply with the Act on the Protection
of Personal Information, Company Law and related laws, and regulations
established by our company to ensure that the information is
handled properly. Shareholders' information is used for the
following purposes:
1) Executing rights and implementing duties under the Company
Law.
2) Providing various benefits to our shareholders.
3) Organizing shareholders such as compiling data as required
by various laws.
4) Implementing various policies for maintaining a good relationship
with shareholders.
We use personal information from our business partners, collaborating
companies, contractors, etc. (hereafter referred as "business
partners") for the purposes of production, sales and after-sales
service of our products and related purposes.
Other than such purposes, we will not use or disclose the names
or personal information of our business partners unless there
is a valid reason to do so. We take strict safety measures to
prevent loss or leak of personal information.
We use the personal information provided by those who apply
to join our company (hereafter referred as "applicants")
for purposes of recruiting and related activities. We will not
use or disclose the names or personal information of applicants
for purposes other than recruiting unless there is a valid reason
to do so. We take strict safety measures to prevent loss and
leak of personal information.
